Delete your Kayz account

You can delete your account from the Kayz app: open Settings, tap Delete Account, confirm your @handle, and sign in again with Apple, Google, or Facebook.

Request deletion without the app

If you uninstalled the app or cannot sign in, submit your Kayz @handle below. We verify ownership manually and process requests within 30 days, subject to legal retention obligations described in our Privacy Policy.

What we delete

• Your profile and personal information (handler, display name, avatar, home location)
• Your push notification tokens
• Upcoming hosted rides and your active RSVPs (attendees are notified)

Completed and cancelled rides you hosted may remain visible with your name removed. Moderation records may be retained for safety and legal purposes.
