Kayz is provided as-is. By using Kayz you agree to ride safely, follow local traffic laws, and treat other riders with respect. Each ride host is responsible for the rides they organize. Kayz is not responsible for incidents that occur on rides.

Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account. Keep your sign-in credentials safe.

Acceptable use

Do not post abusive content, spam, or content that endangers other riders. We reserve the right to remove rides or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
